Michael and Jake Attended the Western Mass Business Expo lunch at the Mass Mutual Center. They got to hear Mike Kittredge speak about how he started Yankee Candle and his new adventure with his son at Kringle Candle. As a small business it was inspirational to hear how he grew Yankee Candle from his parents basement to an international brand.

Michael was pleased to be able to attend the ACCGS October After 5 at Westfield Bank in East Longmeadow, MA. Everybody was talking about the upcoming Western Mass Business Expo which will be held October 18th at the Mass Mutual Center. Michael attended the NCCCC Business After Hours at The World of Imaginations Daycare. This event was co-hosted by New England Bank and A.M.F. Property Management Group. The key speaker was the current Connecticut Attorney General George Jepsen. He talked about his job and what he is doing for the people of Connecticut. The ACCGS October Breakfast was held this morning at Chez Josef in Agawam. Nick Fyntrilakis, co-chairman of Rebuild Springfield, was today’s keynote speaker. Nick shared specific data about the damage sustained in Springfield during the June 1 tornado, and he spoke about plans for rebuilding Springfield in an effective and logical manner.
