4th of July

Celebrating Independence Day reminds us of the dedication of our founding fathers and reaffirms our pride in our country.

During the week of July 4th, we will observe the following changes to our regular business hours.

Tuesday, July 3rd Closing at 3:00pm
Wednesday, July 4th Closed

On days not listed above, we will maintain our regular business hours of Monday-Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

For a brief and interesting history of Independence Day, check out this PBS site.  Did you know that there were 86 changes made to Thomas Jefferson’s original draft of the Declaration of Independence?  And that the Pennsylvania Evening Post was the first newspaper to publish the document?

Wishing you a wonderful holiday celebration with family and friends!

Memorial Day

Memorial Day

On Monday, May 28th, we will be closed in observance of Memorial Day.

On Memorial Day, we pause to remember the service men and women who sacrificed their lives for our freedom.

The words of Joseph Campbell ring true on this day of remembrance:

“A hero is someone who has given his or her life to something bigger than oneself.”
