Think small…no, smaller…no, even smaller than that…now you’re in the mindset for microfolding.
Have you every purchased a product in a small package with a tiny instruction sheet tucked inside? You’ve probably never wondered how those instruction sheets were made, but it’s through a process called “microfolding”. We have specific microfolding equipment in our bindery department to get the job done with precision.
We have printed and microfolded instruction sheets for machine shops and medical device manufacturers. We have also used our microfolding equipment to produce informational “palm cards” for non-profit organizations. This style of folding would also be useful for:
- organizations providing a list of phone numbers and contact information for clients
- retailers distributing a small menu or price list
- medical offices that need to provide wallet-sized emergency instructions for patients
- travel or tourism companies who want to provide a take-along guide or list of area attractions
If you have questions about microfolding or our other bindery services, please contact us!

We are now offering online portals for customers who order printed collateral on a regular basis and with frequent changes. (for example, business cards for a dozen employees) We build each customer portal with completely customized templates that print buyers can modify with simple text changes. Buyers then proof their jobs online and order with a click of the mouse. Online proofing and ordering saves time, and the portal records each order for future use. Each customer portal is password protected, and we can assign different permissions to individuals within the same company.
Existing users have found that the portals streamline their print buying process and give them a clear picture of their ordering habits.
If you are interested in using a portal to manage your orders, please contact us to determine if this is the right solution for you.

Ready…set…go!
In a pinch? Maybe we can help. A customer called us on a Friday at 2:00PM and need to have 3,000 full color brochures in Montana first thing Monday morning. We did not get the print ready file until about 3:30PM, but we did make sure that the brochures were on the FedEx truck at 6:00PM. We can’t always perform miracles, but it sure is worth asking us!

If you thought your order was last minute…
A customer was packing for a trade show in Las Vegas and called us with a rush job. They had ordered four brochures earlier in the week. At the last minute, they realized they needed another one printed as well. They ordered these 1,500 full color brochures at 6:30 pm Thursday evening, and we had them delivered to the hotel in Las Vegas at 10:00 am Friday morning. The brochures were there in time for the show to start, and the customer was prepared to meet with prospects and SELL!
We’ve also shipped rush jobs directly to South America to ensure that our customers are on time and prepared. Fast turn-time is our specialty!

We met with a new customer about printed materials for their regular mailing project. They told us that they had always done the mailing preparation by hand and used their mail meter to get a postal discount of about $0.07 per piece. We were excited to teach them that we add a barcode and additional sorting to the mailing and could save them about $0.20 per piece. Now an extra $0.13 might not sound like a lot of money until you realize they were mailing 7,000 pieces and it would equal an additional savings of $910.
Final result – When all was done, the total postal savings was about $0.19 per piece or $1,330. This savings was more than enough to cover our fee for mail processing, and our services saved the customer countless hours of tedious labor.
You have plenty of jobs to keep you busy…leave the inserting, sealing, addressing, and processing to us!
